Coincidentally, the same place where nearly all the greatest thinkers captured in our history books, had their epiphanies. He's waiting for his own brilliance to be born. Can a car run on sea water? Could he make it so? If the government (don't get me going) hadn't revoked his grant, he'd be just shy of the (more than justified) nude parade down the street, shouting "Eureka!," at the top of his lungs.
